Whether the goal is to improve career opportunities within their current field of expertise or transition to a different one altogether, the range of Careers Services offered throughout the programme helps participants achieve the goals they have set for themselves.

With the help of specialised and private coaches, recruiting experts, EMLYON’s  network within the international business community and access to vast electronic resources, participants will learn to manage their career development successfully and will benefit from numerous career enhancement workshops starting as early as September.

Throughout the year, different companies will visit the school to discuss the different opportunities and challenges they are facing directly with the participants, providing an ideal opportunity to continue to build on and increase effectiveness of their own professional network.

As such, these company visits remain small scale, dialogue-driven events, allowing you to discuss ideas and points of view that are directly related to your needs and interests. They also provide a perfect occasion to identify possible opportunities, for both the corporate speaker as well as the participants.

From January onwards, participants benefit from 3 personal coaching sessions conducted by 2 experienced HR consultants (students can choose the consultant most adapted to their profile) and they will work on different topics such as:

- Preparation for interviews
- Self marketing and personal branding
