The Official Opening Ceremony of the MSc in Luxury Management & Marketing took place at the beginning of September on EMLYON’s European Campus, marking the start of the students’ journey in the programme.
The MSc in Luxury Management & Marketing’s new intake welcomes international students from many different backgrounds and professional horizons. The class includes 35 students representing 11 different nationalities: American, Belgian, British, Chinese, Greek, Indian, Italian, Mexican, Romanian and Taiwanese.
During their first week at EMLYON Business School, the students got acquainted with their classmates and went to visit the Paul Bocuse Institute where they also did team building exercises. Classes started shortly after their arrival on campus and the students are already immersed in their new learning environment.
The first portion of the programme taking place on EMLYON’s European Campus will end in December, after which the students will head off to London and attend courses at prestigious London College of Fashion for 7 weeks. Their London adventure will kick off with the London Fashion Week where the brightest and best professionals of the Fashion and Lifestyle Industry will showcase their collections.
In April 2014, the programme will continue in Shanghaiand will plunge the students in the Asian market - a unique opportunity to discover the way to do business in China and more globally in Asia through an in-company project.
