Global Issues Of Management In A Multi-Cultural Environment

You will first follow a core course module helping you acquire the fundamentals of international management, which forms the basis of your future profession. During this period, you will also learn how to work best in teams and how to improve the quality of relationships within a team, thanks to real-life situations and simulation games.  

The Global Issues Of Management In A Multi-Cultural Environment module includes:

International economy and business cycles | Negotiation skills | Diagnosis and entrepreneurial decision-making | Business strategy game | Fundamentals of Marketing | HR Management, | European and International Frameworks
