The Young Entrepreneur National Award: 3 EMLYON graduates among the finalists!

Organised by La Tribune, the Young Entrepreneur National Award aims to reward 5 start-up company creators with an outstanding idea and emanating from the following categories: Green Business, Industry, Techno&Medias and Social Business.

After the 6 regional selections which took place from May 7th to May 28th, two companies created by three EMLYON graduates made it to the final round, consisting of a virtual vote and ending on June 9th.

The three nominees from EMLYON Business School among a selection of thirty participants are:

  • Sylvain Tillon for his company « Sydo », included in the Techno&Medias category
  • Sarah Dufour and Gérard LEVY for his company Cyclopolitain, included in the Green Business category

Until June 9th, internet users can vote and bring their support to the candidates of their choice. A jury of high-level economists will deliberate and give their final decision on June 10th. A series of 5 laureates will be selected on that day and each of them will receive an award corresponding to their category of affiliation. The award ceremony will take place on June 25th at the Marigny Theater in Paris.

The laurates of the Young Entrepreneur National Award will receive:

  • Tailor-made support by a senior executive from a high-end group on the project of their choice, offered by the Accélérateur de Croissance
  • 30.000 euros worth of ad insert in La Tribune

With this contest, La Tribune hopes to pay tribute to young entrepreneurs who “create, innovate, invest and fight for their project every day” claims Jean-Christophe Tortora, executive director of La Tribune.
