Professor Alain Fayolle will be awarded with the European Entrepreneurship Education Award (EEEA) 2013 in Lund University, Sweden, on the 16th and 17th of May 2013 in the framework of the European Entrepreneurship Education Workshop 2013.
According to the statutes the award should be given to a scholar who has been active at a European university and who is delivering an outstanding quality in teaching entrepreneurship while promoting innovative teaching methods within the field, diffusing state-of-the-art entrepreneurial education among scholars, policymakers, practitioners, and providing a significant contribution to the development of best practices in entrepreneurship.
Alain Fayolle is a professor of Entrepreneurship, Strategy and Organisation at EMLYON Business School. His current research focuses on the dynamics of entrepreneurial processes, the influences of cultural factors on the entrepreneurial orientation of organisations, and the evaluation of entrepreneurship education. His last published research appeared in Academy of Management Learning & Education, Entrepreneurship and Regional Development, International Journal of Entrepreneurship and Innovation, Frontiers of Entrepreneurship Research.
