The Junior World Entrepreneurship Forums have been created by the World Entrepreneurship Forum to offer a unique opportunity to students to meet entrepreneurs from around the world and together think to a model of society that supports economic growth and entrepreneurial spirit.
The Junior Forums are being organized by students for students and young entrepreneurs in several countries around the world: France (Lyon), from June 28th ot June 30th, 2010; China (Shanghai) and Singapore, from June 28th to July 2nd, 2010; India (Pune), from September 2nd to 4th, 2010; and, starting 2011, Morocco, Argentina, Chile and United States.
The Junior Forum France will be held on EMLYON Business School Campus from June 28th to June 30th. EMLYON Business School is, together with KPMG S.A., one of the founders of the World Entrepreneurship Forum. The Junior Forum France will bring together students and young entrepreneurs coming from various backgrounds: business schools, engineering school, universities… Starting 2011, the Junior Forum France will become the Junior Forum Europe and will bring together students and young entrepreneurs from all countries in Europe.

These topics will be tackled by the participants of the Junior forum France with, in mind, the main topic of the 2010 edition of the World Entrepreneurship Forum: “Shaping the world of 2050: the Entrepreneurial Impact”.
Personalities from various fields related to entrepreneurship (entrepreneurs, founders of associations, researchers... ) will participate to the conferences organized during the Junior Forum France. A visit of a company on the day dedicated to the Green Entrepreneurship will be an important opportunity for participants to understand the consequences of the “Grenelle de l’environnement” on entrepreneurs’ practices.
Like the members of the World Entrepreneurship Forum, the participants of the Junior forums will gather their conclusions in a White Paper with proposals to support entrepreneurship and relevant initiatives for the future.
